Questions about sourcing and requesting quotes
Sign in as a Buyer, navigate to your dashboard or the Requests page, and click "Post New RFQ". Fill in the product details, quantity required, target price, and submit.
Yes! Posting buying requests and connecting with global suppliers on StapleSourcing is completely free for buyers.
Verified suppliers feature a special "Verified Supplier" badge on their company profile and product listings after completing document checks.
For Suppliers & Exporters
Questions about listing products & responding to RFQs
Register as a Supplier/Exporter, access your Supplier Console, and click on "Add New Product" to fill in specifications, photos, and export pricing.
Go to the "All Requests" page, find relevant buyer requirements in your industry, and click "Send Quote" to submit your offer directly to the buyer.
Yes, you can manage your company profile, business details, logo, and contact info at any time from your Supplier Console.
